It is difficult to believe, with this beautiful weather, that soon it will be time again for Studio, Gallery 44’s, pre-holiday open house. Time to come and sip some wine,: nibble on some snacks and see whats new or just say hello.

This year I have some wonderful shadow box original art work available for $45-$55. I showed them at 2 of my Art Fairs this summer and sold out. There will also be 3 prize drawings, instead of just one. Drawings will be held at 6:30, 7:30, and 8:30. I know that there will be raffles in one of the other studios also.

Each year we try to have some new artists for you to enjoy, and this year is no exception. Joining us will be: Natasha Lehrer, a Fiber artist, from Esther’s Place (she always has something amazing she is working on), Nadine Shoemaker, a new local potter, and David Alexander, an expert in the art of hand cut silhouettes. David will be cutting silhouette portraits all evenings. The cost is $12 and includes 2 silhouettes mounted on 5x7 backgrounds. With black and white art and retro so popular, these would be really fabulous Christmas gifts.
